Description

Dunlop worked with Joe to develop the Joe Bonamassa Signature Cry Baby, specially engineered to fit in perfectly with Joeメs system, from the way it looks to the way it sounds. On the outside, it sports a classy copper top with a smooth-finish black body. On the inside, it features large, vintage-style thru-hole components, a Halo inductor (for added harmonic content), an output buffer (to prevent impedance imbalance with vintage fuzz pedals), and a switch for true-bypass or non-true-bypass operation (Joe prefers non-True Bypass as it darkens the high end). Power

The JB95 Cry Baby can be powered by one 9 volt battery(accessed via the bottom of the pedal), a Dunlop ECB003 AC adapter (ECB003E in Europe) or a Dunlop DCB10 DC Brick power supply.

Setup Instructions

  • Run a shielded instrument cable from your guitar to the Cry Baby’s Instrument jack.
  • Run another shielded instrument cable from the Cry Baby’s Amplifier jack into your amplifier input.
  • Turn on the amplifier and begin playing
  • To turn the pedal on/off, push the toe of the pedal down until you feel a “click”.
  • By rocking your foot back and forth on the pedal, you change the effect that the JB95 Cry Baby has on the tone of your instrument instantaneously.
  • Internal switch enables true hardwire bypass. (Remove bottom play to access internal true hardwire bypass switch)
