Dave Grohl Sound City Documentary Trailer Released

The trailer for Dave Grohl’s much-anticipated documentary about Sound City Studios has finally dropped.

While the trailer doesn’t exactly tell us what the focus of the film will be, Grohl had this to say about his vision in a Rolling Stone interview: "I decided to make a film about that feeling when you put five guys in a room, hit "record" and the hair on the back of your neck stands up.” Grohl also noted: "Expect some epic jam sessions."

The film not only includes jam sessions with Corey Taylor, and Cheap Trick (among others) but it also has interviews with many different artists that recorded at Sound City Studios including Trent Reznor, Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks.

There is not yet an official release date for the film. Watch the trailer below.
