Returns & Replacements
Extended Return/Exchange Policy – 45 Days Money Back Guarantee!
Everything we sell is brand new from the factory and backed by their manufacturer’s warranty.
DOA or Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please call us at 1(877) 671-2200. If, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange for a call tag to have it picked up at our expense. Once the item has been returned to us, an identical product will be sent as a replacement.
Unopened Merchandise: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 45 days for a full refund or credit less our initial shipping cost (This includes any free shipping promotion) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us.
Opened Merchandise: Opened merchandise may be returned within 45 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (This includes any free shipping promotion) and a 15% restocking fee IF the item appears used and not new condition. An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us.
Please note: No returns are allowed on software, harmonicas, pickups and replacement speakers that have been soldered, mouth-blown instruments, in-ear monitors, anything that is used by the mouth or comes in contact with bodily fluid, some Special Order items and International Orders.
Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If your item is lost in transit we will process a lost package claim with the carrier and replace your item.
Service for products after 45 days of receipt — Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate authorized service centers.
Important Procedures for All Returns: Please call us at 1(877) 671-2200 to obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number. This number must be written plainly on the outside of the shipping box. Returns must be in the possession of the returning carrier by 2 weeks from the date the RMA is issued.
Please return all items, including product, accessories, original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, power cords etc. in the original manufacturer’s box. Do not remove the Serial Number, UPC bar code or fill out the warranty card. Note: If wear or abuse is evident, or if any accessories are missing, or the Serial Numbers or UPC codes are removed, We will be unable to process your return.
Your return shipment must be insured and traceable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product sent back to us.
